AKA Quality uses PayPal as it's preferred checkout method, providing security and confidence to our store customers.
If PayPal is unavailable, not preferred or not an option for you, AKA Quality is happy to arrange for Credit Card payments over the phone, or can provide account information for Direct Deposit transactions.

A flat $15 Postage and Handling charge is added to the order as you finalise your purchase (Australian orders only). All orders are shipped registered Australia Post.
RETURNS (does not include saddles)
To return an item, the product MUST be in original condition with all labels attached and in correct original condition packaging and returned within 14 days of purchase. Please note that a full item refund can only be given if the item are absolutely clean, hair-free, and show no evidence of use. If the products you return do show signs of wear AKA Quality will withhold the exact amount we will have to give as a discount to the next person.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and we do not accept any responsibility for goods lost in transit, it is advisable to return goods via Registered Post.
The original postage charge cannot be refunded, unless your order contains incorrect or damaged goods.
Refunds & Returns are not accepted after 14 working days, if an item has a manufacturing defect a replacement will be forwarded to you no questions asked, please just notify us by e-mail of your return.
Sale Item Returns
Refunds are not offered on 'Sale' items - goods can be exchanged for another product to the same value in the AKA Quality range.
Refunds will be paid back onto the purchaser's original credit card, bank or their PayPal Account. Exchanges need to be made in the form of a new online product sale.

AKA Quality aims to provide the best products and service to our customers and clients. As part of this service, where possible, we offer special orders for products from our suppliers that are not listed on our site.
All special orders require payment in full when ordering. Once a special order has been place, cancelling the order may not be possible. Special orders can not be returned.
